Harlow Civic Service
I was deeply honoured to attend Harlow’s Civic Service as a guest of Councillor Stevens. Mayors and Council Chairs from surrounding districts, joined the Lord Lieutenant of Essex for the Civic Service in St Paul’s Church, followed by refreshments in the Gibberd Gallery. The highlights of the service were definately Broad Fields Primary & Nursery and the two little girls reciting Memory verses.
The collection was divided between the Streets2Homes, taking homeless people from the streets and supporting them into homes, and Place2Be working inside schools to improve the emotional wellbeing of Children. Two excellent and worthy causes.
